Role Summary:

The Credit Quality Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of credit processes. This position involves:

  • Promptly identifying and escalating quality assurance issues through established communication protocols.
  • Effectively communicating quality assurance findings to various levels of management.
  • Driving the execution of defect remediation and engaging in professional discussions regarding disputes, adhering to established processes.
  • Collaborating with business units and risk management partners to pinpoint weaknesses in upstream process controls and suggesting enhancements to the control framework.
