Position Overview:
We hold our exceptional CNAs and Unit Coordinators in high regard.

Our organization has meticulously assessed and standardized these roles to ensure opportunities for practicing at the top of your license and making significant contributions.

We have also developed a career framework for CNAs and Unit Coordinators that outlines clear pathways for professional advancement into nursing and various other roles.


As a CNA, you will deliver both direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, adhering to established policies and procedures.

You will assist the healthcare team in coordinating, prioritizing, and communicating the needs of patients, physicians, and staff.

Qualifications:
In addition to bringing compassion to the workplace daily, qualified candidates for the CNA/Unit Coordinator position will need the following:

- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English

- Basic computer literacy

- High School Diploma or GED

- Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program

- Current state CNA license for the applicable state of employment

- Preferred: Six months of prior CNA experience

- Preferred: Previous experience as a nursing unit secretary or in a medical office

- Physical Requirements: Medium Work - (Ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly)
