Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Surgical Unit team. As a CNA, you will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing basic nursing care to patients, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Assisting patients with mobility and transferring
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the RN
  • Assisting with patient education and discharge planning
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of previous CNA experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program
  • State registered CNA license
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred
