A valid Missouri license is mandatory, while an Illinois license is preferred.
Performance Metrics: The target billable hours range from 1800 to 1850. However, our firm adopts a unique approach that does not solely emphasize billable hours.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package. Bonuses are awarded at the firm's discretion and are not strictly tied to billable hours.
Employee Benefits: Our benefits package includes health, vision, and dental insurance, with employees contributing $100/month while the firm covers the remainder. Additional perks include paid parking, holidays, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
