Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently conduct internal investigations
  • Offer guidance on Loss Prevention, safety, and compliance to business partners
  • Analyze Agilence Exception reports to address theft concerns
  • Ensure adherence to KPI Alerts and the Moving Target program
  • Perform store audits to uphold Loss Prevention policies

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Completion of the Wicklander and Zulawski Interviewing Skills Course
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Analytical skills along with accounting and customer service capabilities
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory
