Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment. You will also be responsible for educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics and building long-term relationships with them.

Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
* Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics
* Build long-term relationships with patients

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Comfortable working around blood and needles
* Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed
* Health care experience a plus, including BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification
