Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Agent is a key player in the residential property market, responsible for facilitating the sale of homes for clients. To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, stay up-to-date on market trends, and be proficient in negotiating sales. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals will be crucial in driving sales and achieving success.

A successful Real Estate Sales Agent will be proactive in prospecting new business opportunities, networking with other professionals, and staying focused on personal development. Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a goal-oriented attitude will be essential in standing out in the market.

Real Estate Sales Agents earn a commission-based income, with the potential to earn $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year. As you build a strong client base and increase your sales volume, your earning potential will grow.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being hired. To earn a license, you will need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.Job Responsibilities
  • Help clients price their property competitively and make it marketable.
