This travel assignment offers the opportunity to work with patients in Snohomish County and surrounding areas. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in need.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in home health settings and possess a strong understanding of the challenges faced by patients in this environment. A background in Certified Home Health Experience is highly desirable.

About the Role

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized care and support to clients in their homes
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

A valid WA state license is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $$140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on national averages for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington State. However, please note that actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
