Job Overview:

At ARM, we're seeking a talented Senior Hardware Ecosystem Manager to join our Infrastructure Line of Business team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in defining and implementing our go-to-market strategy for Arm Total Design (ATD). ATD brings together industry leaders to enable end customers and OEMs to build custom Si solutions on Arm Neoverse, reducing development costs and time-to-market risks.

In this role, you'll work closely with our team to build channel strategies with select ATD partners, enabling reference solutions and driving compliance and validation of partner solutions to ARM specifications and standards. Your success will be measured by your ability to analyze business value and impact, and work closely with partners to ensure solutions meet key market segment needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify partners by quantifying technical merits and business value, and its impact on ATD.
  • Define partner strategy by working across LoBs and functional groups to drive partner strategy.
  • Prioritize areas of investment from partners.
  • Build solutions and drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Grow topline revenue for ARM and partners.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • BS in engineering required, with MS/MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Highly motivated problem solver with ability to work across teams to build consensus.
  • Bring creative ideas and fresh perspectives.
  • Team-first attitude.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
  • Solid understanding of the semiconductor value chain: microprocessor, fabs, packaging, assembly, test, and board design.
  • Experience interfacing at all levels of business – technical teams, business decision makers, and executives.
  • Market analysis and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Outstanding presentation skills – crafting content, delivering executive presentations, webinars, and conference sessions.
