Key Responsibilities- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a senior technical advisor, providing expert guidance on business strategies and operations to support the long-term needs of our clients.
- Business Analysis: Develop and apply advanced methods, theories, and research techniques to investigate and solve complex business problems or issues.
- Business Case Development: Create and present business case analyses, white papers, justifications, alternatives, and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Operational Support: Participate in and support efforts associated with developing strategic plans, operating plans, and other corporate initiatives.
- Program Management: Analyze complex requirements, status, budget, and schedules to ensure successful program execution.
- Data Analysis: Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to our clients' programs and projects.
- Process Improvement: Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management to drive business efficiency.
- Experience: At least eight (8) years of hands-on experience in business financial analysis, continual process improvement, communication techniques, or managing data for large organizations.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with and experience working with industry/government executive level personnel, management and operations of Department of Navy Systems Commands, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Education: A BS or BA degree in Business Administration or other relevant managerial discipline. An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS, or an additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS.
This position requires an active SECRET security clearance and the ability to work in the United States.
