Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial reporting process in collaboration with external partners and accounting agents.
  • Develop accounting policies and perform financial statement evaluations.
  • Maintain the financial control framework and execute analytical assessments on fund metrics.
  • Ensure the precision of Fund Net Asset Values and supervise treasury operations.
  • Examine fund dividends and support the establishment of fund fees.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and the Board of Trustees.
  • Lead strategic process improvements and collaborate with Technology for enhanced capabilities.
  • Act as a liaison with various internal and external stakeholders for new product initiatives.
  • Investigate industry trends and disseminate insights to relevant teams.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of financial products and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical software.
  • 3-5 years of pertinent professional experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CFA designation preferred).
