**Job Summary**
Essentia Health is seeking a highly skilled Physician - Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at our International Falls Clinic. As a leader of a Care Team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient care objectives and provide continuity of care for patients and families.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with a tight-knit team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Utilize Essentia Care Processes to achieve patient care objectives
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide continuity of care for patients and families
- Participate in opportunities for professional growth and development
**Practice Environment**
Our clinic is a state-of-the-art facility with a team of 9 providers, including family medicine, adult, and child behavior health specialists. We utilize EPIC electronic medical records and have access to advanced diagnostic tools, including PACS radiology, ultrasound, mammography, and a high-complexity in-house laboratory.
**Requirements**
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- No Obstetrics experience required
**Location**
Our clinic is located in International Falls, MN, approximately 160 miles north of Duluth, MN, and 300 miles north of Minneapolis, MN. We serve a service area of 10,000 patients and offer a unique opportunity to work in a tight-knit community with a strong sense of camaraderie.
