Family Medicine Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Physician Assistant to join our team at Essentia Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and specialty care to patients of all ages, with a focus on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Conduct thorough health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care and support to patients.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in Minnesota if Nurse Practitioner or current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota.
- Current certification in CPR and national certification in applicable area.
- Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice.
