Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

This position requires an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work under general supervision of physician, mid-level provider and/or nursing supervisor to provide nursing services in care and treatment of patients on the Pulmonary/Tele Floor at our hospital.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and accurately document physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessments
  • Actively anticipate patients and/or patients' family needs and expectations
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on assessment findings
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary care with other healthcare team members
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality/safety activities

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program
  • 1 year of RN experience
  • BLS certification and current Texas license
  • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree BSN is preferred
