Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team at HCA Florida Citrus Hospital. As an EP Technician, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians during invasive EP procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and comfort.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and prepare equipment and supplies for procedures.
  • Assist in soothing and positioning patients.
  • Maintain sterile techniques during procedures.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and assist physicians as needed.
  • Transport patients to recovery after procedures.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Biology, Anatomy, and Physiology, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Electrophysiology, with knowledge of EP and Ablation devices.
  • RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
