The Order Picker role is critical in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, adhering to SOPs and cGMPs.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Pick and scan finished goods items for orders
  • Verify correct products are picked/scanned for orders
  • Restock pick locations when necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Train new order pickers
  • Return Tablet and Scanner to charge area at end of shift
  • Follow safety protocols in the warehouse
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year of warehouse experience required
  • Overtime flexibility necessary
  • Strong English reading and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and utilize resources
  • Meet GMP requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Exposed to powders, chemicals, and allergens
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
