We are seeking a highly skilled Production Associate to join our team in Streetsboro, OH.

Estimated Salary: $16.00-per hour

About the Role:

\

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will be responsible for trimming flash off of plastic dog toys, inspecting parts, and packing products.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Trimming excess plastic (flash) from molded dog toys using hand tools such as knives or scissors.\
  • Ensuring all edges are smooth and free of defects to meet quality standards.\
  • Operating and maintaining trimming equipment safely and efficiently.\
  • Conducting visual inspections to identify defects, such as cracks, discoloration, or irregular shapes.\
  • Verifying that each product meets company specifications and quality guidelines.\
  • Assembling packaging materials, such as boxes, bags, or containers, and preparing them for use.\
  • Placing finished dog toys into appropriate packaging, ensuring accurate counts and arrangement.\
  • Labeling packages correctly, including batch numbers or shipping information.\
  • Ensuring packed products are securely sealed and ready for shipping or storage.\
