Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect / Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, project management, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design concepts and detailed designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Prepare presentation and design drawings that effectively communicate project ideas.
  • Coordinate with consultants related to building design drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare construction documents, including drawings and specifications, to ensure project success.
  • Ensure projects comply with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in architecture.
  • Proficiency in architectural software AutoCAD & Revit (SketchUp, 3ds Max a plus).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Solid track record of project delivery & production.
