Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect / Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, project management, and construction documentation. You will be responsible for creating project designs and plans for all phases of projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts and detailed designs.
• Prepare presentation and design drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants related to building design drawings.
• Prepare construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Architect License not required.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in architectural software AutoCAD & Revit (SketchUp, 3ds Max a plus).
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Solid track record of project delivery & production.
