Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the University of Vermont Health Network. This is a full-time position located in Family Medicine Berlin, requiring a 40-hour workweek with regular hours from 8am to 5pm.

Benefits:

  • Eligible for a one-time signing bonus of $7,500 for external candidates with one year of LPN experience
  • A $9,200 relocation package for eligible candidates

About the Role:

The LPN I is a vital member of our care team, providing high-quality care that is compassionate, consistent, and reliable for our patients, families, and units. As a key contributor to our team, you will be involved in direct patient care under the direction of a provider or RN, providing technical nursing care to patients in various states of health and illness.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clinical and administrative health care support services to patients and families according to knowledge, ability, and duties assigned
  2. Perform technical nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness
  3. Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver exceptional patient care
