As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or traumatic brain injuries.
Key Responsibilities- Educate clients, families, and staff on health, wellness, and disease prevention.
- Attend residents' meetings as needed and provide health-related updates to the team and family as appropriate.
- Communicate with physicians regarding clients' needs, nursing assessments, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure clients' well-being.
- Perform assessments/evaluations for potential clients and create nursing care plans as needed.
- Work as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, implement individual nursing care plans.
- Provide basic patient care or treatments, such as dressing wounds, treating bedsores, massaging, or performing catheterizations.
- Measure and record patients' vital signs, administer medications, and maintain information in electronic health systems.
- Provide training to staff.
- Complete audits as per regulatory requirements.
- Implement necessary diet changes when applicable.
- Ensure physical, medical, and immunization requirements are completed as per regulations.
- Part-time schedules with flexible hours from 8 hours to 24 hours a week.

- Paid CEUs through our partnership with Lippincott Nursing Center website.
- Pay range: LPN $36.48/hr, RN $45.60/hr.
