We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated RDA Dental Assistant to become part of our dynamic team at Aligned Dental Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for optimal patient care.
  • Welcome, comfort, and drape patients with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Pour, trim, and polish study casts while producing aesthetically pleasing temporary restorations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and provide necessary information about their dental care services.
  • Clean and polish removable appliances as required.
  • Anticipate doctor's needs during set-ups, suction, and instrument passing.
  • Document patient information and dental care services through accurate charting.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance in sterilization procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Salary & Benefits:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.
