KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the daily functions of the Cage and Player Services departments.
  • Support the growth and development of team members through coaching and retention strategies.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and manage relations and disputes to enhance the gaming experience.
  • Maintain the safety and security of both team members and assets.
  • Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively among team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures to protect the integrity of the gaming facility.
  • Collaborate with the Cage & Player Services Leadership Team to review operations and marketing initiatives, and communicate these effectively to frontline staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Preferred experience of 1-3 years in a cashier or banking role.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience is desirable.
  • Must be able to obtain a state-issued racing license.
