Advanced Nursing Coordinator Role for Healthcare Excellence

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Nurse Coordinator IMCU to join our team at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact in patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
About the OpportunityEstimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator IMCU, you will be responsible for coordinating all functions in the unit, partnering with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will assist with admission and discharge processes, provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and engagement, and support improved outcomes and service.

Requirements:
- Must hold a current license from the Virginia Board of Nursing or compact license with eligibility to practice in Virginia.
- Associate's degree in nursing, BSN preferred.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification required upon hire.
- ACLS required within 6 months post-hire.
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
- Minimum 2 years charge nurse experience.
