Physical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences at our Lafayette, IN physical therapy center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, and contribute to case management
  • Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients, enhancing and expanding client relations
  • Document patient information in charts using accepted medical terminology and format, as permitted by state laws
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
  • State licensure/registration where applicable
  • Affiliation with APTA recommended but not required
