Key Responsibilities:
- Must possess prior experience in long-term care or senior living environments.
- Deliver and support the highest standards of nutritional care to meet residents' overall needs.
- Assess nutritional requirements, set objectives, and implement medical nutrition therapy tailored to residents' nutritional profiles.
- Develop effective strategies to introduce innovative programs that lead to optimal clinical nutrition and favorable financial results.
- Adhere to regulatory standards from Federal and State agencies, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and CMS regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to ensure quality nutrition and culinary programming.
- Evaluate menu cycles for nutrient analysis and dietary consistency.
- Support quality assurance initiatives within the kitchen environment.
- Implement Health & Wellness programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to drive improvements in nursing and kitchen management.
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care and as a Registered Dietitian.
- Educational Requirement - Bachelor's Degree.
- Functional Experience - Eligibility for certification as a Registered Dietitian.
