Job Title: Turbine Outside Machinist

At Tradesmen International, we're seeking a skilled Turbine Outside Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dismantle, repair, or replace defective parts, and reassemble machinery using machinist's tools, chain hoists, and steel rollers.
  • Install ship machinery, such as propelling machinery and steering gear, working from blueprints and using hand tools, calipers, and micrometers.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve issues with machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a machinist or in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of machinery repair and maintenance principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
