Position Overview: Restaurant Manager

Shake Shack is a contemporary burger establishment known for its classic offerings including burgers, fries, hot dogs, frozen custard, and beverages. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager who is passionate about service and possesses 2 to 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry.

Work-Life Balance: We prioritize a healthy work-life balance, offering a structured 40-hour work week during our comprehensive 8-week management training program. Following training, our management team typically works between 40 to 50 hours, depending on the operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced dining environment
  • Preferred food handler certification
  • Ability to learn and instruct others on all operational aspects
  • Strong drive for hospitality and the ability to inspire a team
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and excellence in management
  • Understanding of financial management in a restaurant setting
