Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Tactical Systems Engineer to join our team at Butler America Aerospace, LLC. in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in military platform avionics and mission system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all phases of development from initial proposal development through successful design, qualification, integration testing, flight test, and production.
  • Analyze and resolve hardware/software integration issues.
  • Collaborate with various engineering disciplines to create system architecture and schematics.
  • Develop system performance specifications, interface control documents, and test plans.
  • Coordinate between engineering teams, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM discipline.
  • Experience with UAS waveform specifications and test development.
