Waste Connections is seeking a safety-conscious individual to join our Transfer Station team in Deerfield Beach, FL. This is a full-time, long-term position with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear verbal and non-verbal directions to truck drivers entering the Transfer Station to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.
  • Assist in the Scale House as needed.
  • Perform other assigned duties at the site.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • The ability to continually lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout an 8-10hr. shift.
  • Experience operating equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift.
  • Mechanical ability a plus.
