At Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team, we're seeking a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences for our Orthopedic and Pelvic Health patient populations.
As a Physical Therapist on our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a highly trained and respected physical therapy team that provides preventative and rehabilitative services to improve quality of life for the community.

Unique Location/Job Details:This unique role provides an opportunity for those with an interest in serving patients with pelvic health and orthopedic conditions.
Experienced clinicians, recent graduates, and students are encouraged to apply. Interest or experience in cancer rehab and/or pelvic health therapy is preferred.
Training for these specialty programs is provided, and there is ample opportunity for continuing education.

Responsibilities:- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients requiring physical therapy, documenting clearly.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- Outpatient clinical rotation if current student.
- Outpatient experience within the last 5 years if practicing clinician.
- Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration REQUIRED to start.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
