Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandise Associate to join our team at Marshalls Store 1069. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all visual merchandising standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Support store recovery efforts, maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Participate in safety awareness initiatives, maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Works effectively with peers and supervisors, demonstrating a positive and collaborative attitude.
