Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Lead Living Support Professional to join our team at The Charles Lea Center. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily living needs and providing assistance to the Program Manager with facility operations.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Provide direct support to residents with daily living activities such as medication administration, personal care, and household management.
  2. Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and implement individualized support plans that promote resident independence and autonomy.
  3. Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage and respond to emergency situations as needed.
  4. Conduct regular evaluations of resident progress and make recommendations for adjustments to support plans as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits
  • Average hourly salary range: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
