Physical Therapist Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient clinic as Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing clinic operations, and leading a team of physical therapists to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective therapy services to meet patient needs
- Manage clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
- Lead and mentor a team of physical therapists to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of employment
- At least 3 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent clinical skills, with the ability to assess and treat patients effectively
