Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient needs are met.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related field.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Washington.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
