LTC Physician Care, PC is a specialized medical group dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients in skilled nursing facilities throughout Michigan. Our team is committed to providing personalized healthcare services that cater to the unique needs of our patients.

Job Structure

  • This is an in-person position, requiring direct interaction with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Physicians will commute directly between their homes and assigned facilities, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) is essential for providing comprehensive care.
  • Physicians will serve as Medical Directors within their facilities, overseeing medical operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • After-hours on-call responsibilities are shared among all LTC Providers, ensuring seamless care delivery.

Employment Type

  • This is a part-time position, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is essential for success in this role.
  • Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan.
  • A valid DEA license in the state of Michigan is also required.
  • Candidates must have completed a recognized U.S. certification program.
