We currently have 14 locations across Florida, Texas, Arizona, Alabama, Nevada, and South Carolina, with 3 additional venues under development and expected to open soon.

About the Role

If you're passionate about mixing drinks and spreading good vibes, then it's time to shine on our greens. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for:

  • Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar
  • Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits/beer/wine
  • Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders
  • Serve our guests with outstanding attention to service and provide a memorable and fun experience
  • Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant and food & beverage areas
  • Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances, and with all state liquor laws and regulations
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and balancing cash drawers
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service

Requirements:

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment required
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to correctly use POS system
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Strong team focus
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  • Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment
