About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Greet all guests with a friendly smile and personalized offer to help with their food and beverage experience.
  • Set the Tone: Possess complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
  • Build a Loyal Following: Practice proper cash handling and operation of the point-of-sale system, maintain a clean and safe environment, and verify proper government-issued identification of guests when alcohol is ordered.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Adhere to company and location policies and procedures, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Other Duties as Required: Perform other duties as necessary to support the business.
Requirements
  • Meet the Minimum Age Requirement: Must meet the minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED, and 1+ year of bartending or related experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Must have current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently, bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
