Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the engineering department to ensure it contributes to achieving the company's strategic goals.
  • Oversee and manage all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; a Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior engineering management role within the oil & gas industry.
  • Proficiency in engineering software, including skyciv, RISA, CEASAR, FEA Software.
  • Proven track record of managing large and complex engineering projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of pipeline engineering, facilities engineering, and stress analysis.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record for driving team results.
  • Excellent decision-making skills with a proven ability to drive engineering process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of 3-D modeling techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of articulating specific technical topics or subjects.
  • Proven experience in Operations Management and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects and assist/advise support engineers in establishing appropriate priorities.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) License is required.
