Housekeeping Inspector

Job Summary:

As a Housekeeping Inspector with Towne Family of Companies, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our vacation havens. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will make you an excellent fit for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough cleaning inspections to ensure high standards are met

Clean and maintain the vacation haven as needed

Communicate damages, repair, and service requests via our work order system

Check stocking levels and ensure adequate supplies are available

Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

Proven working experience in a relevant field

Ability to work independently and remain motivated

Great customer service and professionalism

Time management skills and effective communication

Physical Demands:

Express or exchange ideas via email and verbally

Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, and reaching

Exert 50+ pounds of force occasionally and stand most of the time

Close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data and preparing documentation
