Housekeeping Inspector

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at Towne Family of Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough cleaning inspections, maintaining a high level of cleanliness, and ensuring that our vacation homes meet the highest standards.

• Conduct regular cleaning inspections to ensure that our vacation homes meet our high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the vacation homes and surrounding areas.
• Communicate effectively with our team and guests to ensure that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
• Check inventory levels and report any discrepancies to our team.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience in a related field, such as housekeeping or maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.

• Experience in the field of housekeeping or maintenance.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The physical demands of this role include frequent standing, walking, and lifting. The successful candidate will be required to provide their own transportation to and from work.
