Join Our Team as a Neuroscience Specialty Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neuroscience Specialty Representative to join our team at People With Chemistry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative biopharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Washington and Alaska areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned sales objectives for the territory and meet goals for healthcare professional calls, providing balanced and accurate product information.
  • Engage with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, navigating complex organizations to ensure product availability and address managed care issues.
  • Manage the territory efficiently, prioritizing key accounts, reporting daily calls, and maintaining sample accountability, while developing and executing effective business plans.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as budget management, log-ins, sample accounting, and expense reports within company guidelines.
  • Operate within the assigned expense budget, complete all required training, and stay updated on product knowledge.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and Ipsen's policies, while maintaining excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Identify and develop Subject Matter Experts, obtain necessary credentialing, and ensure compliant access in key institutions and clinics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Device/neuromuscular/aesthetics experience is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record are required (no more than three moving violation convictions within the past three years).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
