Physical Therapist Opportunity in Orthopedic Physical Therapy

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and create personalized treatment plans to aid in their recovery and improve functional independence
- Utilize strong clinical decision-making skills to ensure effective patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, support systems, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment goals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Valid CPR License
- Experience/knowledge with EMR software preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Basic computer skills
- $7,500 sign-on bonus
- Up to $2,500 relocation bonus (if applicable)
