Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing expert advice and guidance to clients
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring you have the latest knowledge and expertise
* Utilize insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage accounts and communicate with clients

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Insurance designation such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU preferred
