Position Overview
As a vital member of the State Bar of Texas, the Litigation Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal and administrative support services. This position is primarily focused on the intake of grievances against attorneys licensed to practice law in Texas.

Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review and manage all relevant application documentation.
- Efficiently handle a significant volume of data in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain regular communication with the Intake Team, various departments, the public, respondents, and external agencies.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of incoming grievances and updates in case-tracking software.
- Prepare and edit legal documents, letters, reports, and correspondence.
- Conduct database searches and provide appropriate public information.
- Organize and maintain both digital databases and physical filing systems.
- Assist legal professionals and investigators in preparing documents for grievance committee hearings, including assembling hearing packets and ensuring timely distribution.
- Share responsibilities with other staff members as a backup receptionist.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as needed.

Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within a legal context or handling confidential information.
- Exceptional accuracy, proofreading, and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Pro, Zoom, Teams, and Outlook Express is required.
- Familiarity with case management software is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous.

Work Environment
This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work as determined by the employer.
