Job Summary:


We're seeking an experienced Product Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer support for our valued clients. As a key member of our Global Support team, you'll leverage your expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll domains to resolve complex customer issues. Your passion for providing world-class support will drive customer satisfaction and help us achieve our mission.



Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Leverage your domain knowledge to provide timely and comprehensive resolution of customer support issues
  • Engage in escalated customer circumstances and drive successful resolutions
  • Achieve expert-level proficiency across multiple UKG product lines
  • Coaching and mentor peers through training and guidance
  • Participate in on-call rotations for occasional after-hours support


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience in software support with expertise in HCM, payroll, HR, or taxes
  • Proven track record of problem-solving complex issues
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present in group settings
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment


Salary Range:


$53,800 - $77,300 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
