Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at WellSpan Health. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in our Cardiac Cath Lab.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret patient ECG patterns and identify cardiac needs
  • Assist in patient data collection and report changes to the RN
  • Support radiation safety and protection devices
  • Perform venipunctures and maintain radiation safety
  • Assist in cardiac cath and electrophysiological procedures
  • Monitor hemodynamic systems and assist in the operation of x-ray equipment
  • Provide equipment and supplies for procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotation and assist in scheduling patients
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a certificate or degree-granting program in a health science
  • Experience in Cath Lab and/or interventional radiology
  • Eligible for certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
