Job Description

Job Title: Software Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients. As a Software Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, installing and configuring software, and providing training to customers on our proprietary software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and remote access software
  • Install, update, and configure software on customer computers
  • Develop and deliver training on proprietary software to customers
  • Participate in the resolution of complex technical issues
  • Document all support activities in our CRM system

Requirements:

  • Excellent PC and networking troubleshooting skills
  • Auto-recycling industry knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with hardware and software issues on Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Spanish language skills
  • Experience with serial communication networks
  • Experience in a technical support call center
  • A+ and MSCE certifications
