Key Responsibilities
  • Manage intake processes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accurately record and track case information for performance monitoring and daily updates.
  • Prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exercise judgment and make informed decisions while working independently.
  • Participate in team projects and meet deadlines.
  • Handle a dedicated mailbox with multiple inquiries and issues from internal and external users.

Requirements
  • College degree.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Preferred: 1 year of direct insurance industry experience.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
