How you'll make an impact:

Responsible for managing PC365 inbox in a timely manner. Build and maintain continuous communication and processes between internal and external individuals. Accurate entry of information into multiple platforms. Recording of cases for performance tracking and daily status updates.

  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to understand the requirements of the task and applying judgment in making decisions while working independently.
  • Participate in team projects with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle a dedicated mailbox with multiple questions or issues per day from internal and external users relating to programs, processes, and resolving service issues appropriately.
  • Routinely collaborate with Implementation Managers, Client Services Managers, and other teams.
  • Multi-tasking and coordinating between multiple platforms.


About you:

Required: College degree; Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills-must be able to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Preferred: College degree; 1 Year of direct insurance industry experience. Proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.


Behaviors: Ability to work in a team as well as individually to support the role.
